It's me, Donny.

Like most of us, I picked up a camera at a young age and started taking pictures of anything around me, pets, grass, dirt, toys and all kinds of things that a young kid thinks are just plain cool. I started getting into landscape after I took a few classes in high school. But it was not until I pointed my camera at the night sky back in 2015 or so that I found a new love for the world around us. Since then I have driven thousands of miles to catch the Northern Lights, or the Galactic Core of our Milky Way. Those first few photos were horrible to say the least, and I'm still not where I'd like to be, but it's all about the journey and what we learn along the way.

Creating custom memories.

Although I'm not what I would call a professional photographer (this is yet to be my full-time job) I have years of experience behind the camera. This has ranged from group night shoots around campfires under a star lit sky, to just general "hey, we'd like some photos of this, and looking this way for our home, can you do that?" that I have been more than happy to do.

I focus more on images that will look great not just in your home, but also for offices, shops, lobbies, waiting areas or anyplace where you want to create a warm and inviting area with some amazing photos for you, or your clients, to look at while relaxing. As part of this focus, I do custom work as well. Maybe you want a photo of the Milky Way over your lake cabin, or the family gathered around the campfire roasting marshmallows, sunrise/set over your farm, anything is possible, and I look forward to seeing what we can come up with.

01. Connect

If you have seen it in your minds eye, and it's a natural setting, then let's see what we can make happen.

02. Conceptualize

Once I know what your vision is, then we'll discuss how we can make that happen. Do we shoot in the afternoon or at night? What's the location like, how do we get there, and when? Is it just a place or arrangement with nature, yourself, or others?

Now the fun, and the adventure, begin!
